MAKE IT A ‘JOLLY JULY’

It is with a heavy heart that that I have to announce the short term closure of Phase Photography Studio with immediate effect, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rest assured we will be back with bells on, and plan to re-open on the 2nd July!

PHOTO SHOOTS

For those with upcoming photo shoots, we will honor all deposits and extend vouchers to allow ALL our customers to re-book for what we predict to be a “Jolly July!”

I will contact each and every one of you as soon as I can in the order that your booked your appointment with us to arrange a new date.

Please feel free to call me if I haven’t got round to you yet. My advice would be to get in there quick as weekends especially will be extremely busy from then onward.

The Fairy and Frozen Experience.

These special events are extremely busy. I can confirm that the Frozen Experience has been postponed to Friday and Saturday 21st/22nd August. Our May Fairy Experience has been postponed to Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6th, 7th and 8th of November.

VIEWING APPOINTMENTS

If you have a viewing appointment booked, have launched “The Virtual Reveal”. Our way of presenting your portraits to you in the comfort of your own home. Again, I will be contacting you about this option, but do feel free to contact me first.. For now, please keep your allocated appointment time aside, we’ll still be seeing you!

If you have an viewing appointment booked for in a few weeks time, we can now bring this forward for you. Cannot stand the suspense? Just drop me a message to arrange an earlier time.

For all of our viewing appointments, we can accept online payments by card and PayPal and to make this time a little easier on the purse, we are offing 15% discount to all orders made at your Virtual Reveal!

Your deposits and voucher entitlements are safe and sound.

COLLECTIONS

All deliveries and collection of orders have been postponed until the lockdown is lifted.

COMPETITIONS

Please be aware that our 2 national competitions, Baby of the Month and SuperDog, have been postponed until further notice. Entries submitted to us throughout March will still be entered as soon as the competition is live again.
