Family, maternity, babies, couples and pet shoots

• Vouchers will be posted out to the address given at the checkout within 2-3 working days.
• Vouchers are valid for four months after the date of purchase, and must be presented when attending your session.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.
• The studio voucher is valued at £110 and includes your photographic session (valued at £50.00) and a framed 7×5 inch photo (valued at £60.00)
• You may use the value of the 7×5 inch image (£60.00), towards the cost of wall hanging portraits.
• You will have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs but are under no obligation.
• Only one voucher may be used per family per year.
• Dates and times this voucher are valid is at the discretion of Phase Photography.
• Babies under the age of one year are eligible to entry the Baby of the Month Competition in association with Emma’s Diary. Entry requires a £1.50 charitable donation to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Your photographer will submit your selected portrait on your behalf.
• All dogs are invited to enter the National Dog Portrait Awards. Entry requires a £10 charitable donation to selected dog charities in the UK. Your photographer will submit your selected portrait on your behalf
• At the time of booking your photo shoot, we will require a £20 fully refundable deposit to secure your date and time.
• We require 3 working days notice to move or postpone your appointment. Failure to do so may forfeit your deposit or voucher entirely.

 

New-born shoots

• Vouchers will be posted out to the address given at the checkout within 2-3 working days.
• Vouchers are valid for four months after the date of purchase, and must be presented when attending your session.

• The studio voucher is valued at £230 and includes your photographic session (valued at £170.00) and a framed 7×5 inch photo (valued at £60.00)
• You may use the value of the 7×5 inch image (£60.00), towards the cost of wall hanging portraits.
• You will have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs but are under no obligation.
• Only one voucher may be used per family per year.

Little Angels

• Your voucher needs to be registered four months after the date of purchase, and must be presented when attending your first session.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.
• Little Angels entitles the recipient to three photoshoots and three 7×5 inch printed portraits over babies first year.
• The studio voucher is valued at £300 and includes your photographic session (valued at £50 each session) and 3 printed 7×5 inch portraits (valued at £40.00 each)
• You will have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs but are under no obligation.
• Only one voucher may be used per family per year.
• Dates and times this voucher are valid is at the discretion of Phase Photography.
• At the time of booking your first photo shoot, we will require a £20 fully refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

• Vouchers will be posted out to the address given at the checkout within 2-3 working days.
• Vouchers are valid for four months after the date of purchase, and must be presented when attending your session.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.
• The studio voucher is valued at £165 and includes a hair and makeover appointment with a top stylist (worth £60) your photographic session (valued at £50.00) and a 10×8 inch photo (valued at £55.00)
• portraits .
• Only one voucher may be used per person per year.
• Alcoholic drinks available to over 18s.
• You are more than welcome to have other people come into your photo shoot included with your, however the makeover will be for the voucher holder only unless prior agreement.
• The 10”x8” portrait will be of the voucher holder only.
• You have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs but under no obligation.
• Dates and times this voucher is valid is at the discretion of Phase Photography.
• At the time of booking your photo shoot, we will require a £20 fully refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

Mother and Daughter shoots

• Vouchers will be posted out to the address given at the checkout within 2-3 working days.
• Vouchers are valid for four months after the date of purchase, and must be presented when attending your session.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.
• The studio voucher is valued at £225 and includes a hair and makeover appointment for 2 people with a top stylist (worth £120) your photographic session (valued at £50.00) and a 10×8 inch photo (valued at £55.00)
• Only one voucher may be used per couple per year.
• Alcoholic drinks available to over 18s.
• You are more than welcome to have other people come into your photo shoot included with your, however the makeover will be for the voucher holder only unless prior agreement.
• The 10”x8” portrait is to include mother and daughter.
• You have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs but under no obligation.
• Dates and times this voucher is valid is at the discretion of Phase Photography.
• At the time of booking your photo shoot, we will require a £20 fully refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

Super Mum Pamper Package

• Vouchers will be posted out to the address given at the checkout within 2-3 working days.
• Vouchers are valid for four months after the date of purchase, and must be presented when attending your session.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.
• The studio voucher is valued at £260.00 and includes a hair and makeover appointment for 2 people with a top stylist (worth £120.00) your photographic session (valued at £50.00) and a 10×8 inch photo (valued at £55.00), or two 5×4 inch portraits of the same image. Cleanse and tone massage for (valued at £10.00). Afternoon tea with Prosecco or tea (valued at £25)
• Afternoon tea will consist of traditional finger sandwiches, cream scones and a selection of cakes. Please notify the studio prior to your photo shoot if you have any food intolerances or allergies.
• Only one voucher may be used per couple per year.
• Alcoholic drinks available to over 18s.
• You are more than welcome to have other people come into your photo shoot included under your voucher, however the makeover will be for the voucher holder only unless prior agreement.
• The 10”x8” portrait is to include mother and daughter.
• You have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs but under no obligation.
• Dates and times this voucher is valid is at the discretion of Phase Photography.
