Edward Starr

On Saturday, I was asked if I would cover an event held by the Edward Starr Charitable Trust. Working on my day off?!?! Well with a job like mine, you never really work a day in your life and with the sun shining like it was, I consider myself lucky!

So maybe my hoarse didn’t win the Grand National and I didn’t make loads’a wonger but the Edward Starr did, and that’s what make is all worthwhile.

The Edward Starr Charitable Trusts was founded in 2008 with one core goal: to help children smile. We believe that with your help we can make a difference to the lives of those who need it most.

The charity event was held at Vardene School in Brighton who hosted a car boot sale, bouncy castle, ice creams and loads more.

Here are just a few photographs taken on the day. If you would like more information about this great local based charity, have a peak on their website
