Need to re-arrange or postpone?
Should you need to re-arrange your photo shoot or viewing appointment, please advise us at least 3 working days in advance of your appointment day.
With sufficient notice, we will be more than happy to arrange an alternative date for you.
Failure to give sufficient notice, or not attend your appointment without letting us know may forfeit your deposit and/or voucher entirely.

We will happily return your deposit. Failure to give sufficient notice, or not attend your appointment without letting us know will forfeit your deposit.
Please note that we cannot refund vouchers that have not been purchased directly through the studio.
As we are an extremely popular and busy studio, we often have waiting lists of families wanting to visit us. By giving us plenty of notice to postpone or cancel means we can offer your appointment to another family.
